We usually ship orders the next business day. For personalized products, the delivery time is extended by the time needed to process your message.

Products marked as "in production" are shipped immediately upon completion, with an estimated production time listed for each specific product.

When will I receive my order? What are the delivery times?

Products in stock: We dispatch within 3 working days of receiving payment (applies to non-personalised products).

Products made to order: Delivery time is usually up to 30 days. The estimated delivery date is indicated for each product on the e-shop.

Personalised products: Delivery is extended by 5 to 6 working days.

Delivery times may be extended during the pre-Christmas period or during periods of high order volume.

How can I track my shipment?

After changing the status of the order to sent, you will be sent an information e-mail with the package number. After clicking on track shipment, it should automatically redirect you to the shipping company's page, where information will be available regarding the shipment status of your shipment.

Taxes and Duties

European Union

We take care of all duties and taxes for orders within the EU. You will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery.

Note: In rare cases, local customs may request additional information from you to release the package.

USA & Canada

We cover all duties and taxes for our customers in the US and Canada. The price you see is final.

Note: Carriers may sometimes request additional details from you to clear customs.

United Kingdom

For our UK customers, all prices include the applicable VAT. There are no additional duties or hidden taxes to pay.

Rest of the World

For destinations outside of the regions listed above, please be aware that local import duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
